(Not sure if this is the right section, but if not maybe it could be moved?)

I'm looking to port some of my Windows applications to the Mac and was wondering if there's any decent books that can be recommended on Mac development?

I'm looking to port a few C/C++ applications that primarily rely on Windows DirectDraw for output. I realise that all the display stuff will need to be rewritten, but will I have to translate the C++ to objective C, or can I do something else?

Thanks, Mike.

Maybe a quick wine or cider job might be what your after. Or just live with parallels. It's not all that bad. But if you insist I'd get familiar with the Xcode tools first.
