Changing font

I'm using Snow Leopard 10.6.5 and was wondering if anyone knew how to change the size of the font in the menu bar at the top that lists things such as FINDER File Edit View Go Window...etc.

Sure. There's only one way. You have to change the monitor resolutions. There's a downside to that. Most people don't stick with it for long.
