Rootkit hunter warnings

I've had my Mac 21.5" for a month now.

Decided to run rootkit hunter as I had it on my Linux box, it's the only security program i run

Got the following warnings, can anyone tell me whether or not I should worry about them?

The Apache ones are strange, I do have Xampp but the server wasn't running when I did the scan.
