Hi,

I have a 21.5" Imac with the apple magic mouse and the bluetooth keyboard. I also have Windows 7 64 bit installed through bootcamp. My problem is, the other day I was on the Windows 7 partition, and everything was working A-ok! When I went to turn it off, Windows installed some updates. Now, when I go back into Windows 7, both the keyboard and mouse wont work at all! It looks like they are trying to connect, but nothing! When I log into Mac, everything works fine. I have tried plugging in a usb mouse and keyboard, and they work perfectly, so is it something to do with the drivers? Please help, I am really stuck!

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks so much

Moved.

Insert your Snow Leopard DVD when in Windows 7 and allow it to reinstall drivers. Somehow your BT drivers are not working. Also make sure you update to the latest version of Boot Camp, currently 3.2. You do that from within Windows 7.

Know this is old Charlie, however today have installed Windows 7 Ultimate and after completing upgraded to Bootcamp 3.1 and then 3.2 and used the SL OS X.6.3 DVD to install drivers.

Select 'Add a Device' and 'Add Bluetooth Device'. Both find the Apple KB and Mighty Mouse, select and hit next but nothing happens just keeps going on and on.

Any suggestions?

I just re-installed the 64 bit version of Win7 and I can't get the track pad to pair. The KB and MM pair and work just fine, but no joy with the TP. What's odd is when I originally installed the 32 bit version all three Apple BT devices paired w/o drama. I'm running Bootcamp 3.2 and downloaded and updated all the Apple Drivers.

Appreciate any suggestions.

Tom
