Numbers'09 V '08 Copy down?

I've just seen numbers '09 available on the mac app store and very reasonably priced. However does 09 now include the ability to copy a formula down by double clicking it, as you can do in excel when you double click the bottom right hand corner?

Also was there not a Numbers'10? and is there an 11 coming soon?
