hi 2 important qeustions

1. am i able to burn a leopard image from windows if so how?

2. am i able to install leopard on a mac from a image without burning

Maybe you can clarify what you're trying to do...but from the sounds of it...it sounds like you're trying to do something that is against Apple's EULA (End User License Agreement)!

If you have a original Mac OS 10.5 retail install disk...then you should have no trouble installing via that method.:)

my freind bought a retail disk and made a copy of it for me and i need to know if i can burn it to install onto my mac and i need to do it in windows cause my mac does not burn dvds only cds so if that cant work can i install from the image on mac desktp

my freind bought a retail disk and made a copy of it for me...

Wrong...wrong...wrong! Burned copies of Mac OS install discs are ILLEGAL!!!:(

The problem is...you don't have an original retail disk... as you already said...you have a burned copy your friend made. And NO...you cannot borrow your friends disk. Apple only allows one install per OS install disk at a time.
