I have an iBook clamshell, and probably the biggest con to it, is it's low screen resolution. I've been able to do alright with it, setting the icons to pretty small, and making the dock small. I'm wondering if there is a third part app that might let me zoom out the screen some, giving the impression of a higher screen res.
For an example of what I'm thinking of, think the zoom functions in Microsoft Word. You can be up and close to the page, or you can zoom far back. Or you can think of something that is the opposite of the Zoom found in Universal Access.
I'd also like to make the top bar smaller, but I am really fine with that, it's more for individual applications.
This clamshell is running Panther.
