I have the 24" iMac aluminum version that is the generation before this current one.
What I am wanting to do is calibrate my monitor to be more like my iPad or iPhone. When I view photos on either one I can see stuff in the background of my photography where on my 24" iMac it looks to be pure black.
I bought a Spyder 3 Express color calibrator but it didn't work exactly as planned. It either made the screen even darker and colors over saturated or made the screen nice in the blacks but desaturated and uncontrasty colors.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is there something I am doing wrong?
