Using updated 2.4 GHz MB Pro at 10.6.5 and just signed up for Watch Instantly via Netflix.

I am attempting to watch Netflix movies while connected to Viscosity. I have yet to be successful and keep getting a DRM error (N8151).

I have been scouring Google for solutions but none are to be found. Tried this:
drm error when trying to view netflix movies - Microsoft Help Forums but that didn't do the trick either. I followed the steps and was able to view the page on Silverlight.net. I even made a Test account to test that but it didn't work either.

On a side note, Spotlight couldn't find com.microsoft.xxxx files. I thought that was kind of weird.

So, does anyone have any good ideas?

Call Netflix like it says. They'll correct it.

Well, they were not able to assist me right away, but we got it take care of.

If anyone has similar problems this was the solution:
To uninstall Microsoft Silverlight on your Macintosh computer, please follow these steps:

1. Completely close any currently open internet browser windows.
2. Navigate to your Hard Drive.
3. Select Library.
4. Select Internet Plugins.
5. Drag Silverlight.plugin to your trash.
6. Once you have emptied your trash, Microsoft Silverlight uninstallation will be complete.
