When working in Finder using Icon view, when I move or delete one or more files, it leaves a blank space wherever the files were. I have to manually sort the folder to get rid of the blank spaces. Is there an option to make Finder automatically re-sort after I move/delete files? Hope my question makes sense.

Thanks in advance.

You must have it set to Snap to Grid or None.
All of the other options will auto-rearrange.
