Scanner software

I was wondering why I am having problems installing Omni Page SE( came with new scanner).

I just got a CanonScan Lide30 and everything that came with it installed very smoothly, but can't get Omni Page SE to install I keep getting an error message.

Any help would be appreciated

Sorry the operaton could not be completed due to a system error(Access Denied)

I have tried several times and get the same message.
