I was looking in to automator and its limitless power when I discovered folder actions. When I enabled them to sort my files, everything seemed to work fine, except finder continued to crash. I ended up disabling folder actions but why is it that finder was crashing? Is there a way to fix this?

There's absolutely no chance of being helped here without some clues. Your Finder "continued to crash". So, why was it crashing before this?

How much RAM?
It could be a specific application causing crashes, but we've no idea what apps you run. No one here has ESP.
