Time machine complete restore

Hi Guys,

I was just in time machine and I am wondering if I ever needed to how to you do a full system restore like to me I can only figure out how to re-store one folder at once for example like documents and application folders separately!

I believe it is in disk utility, Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility, in there you have a option to restore from a backup. You click on your HDD, click restore then select the restore source.

What is the best HDD I can get that is very cheap and had 1TB? As I have 2 HDD's 1 of them is 160GB and one is 250GB I want one with absolutely loads of memory or even a 2TB as I want to get a 27" next christmas LOL!
