Network monitor app - suggestions?

Hi,

I'm looking for a real simple tool to monitor network throughput in a simple GUI window - basically to monitor how much data I'm using on GPRS (it would monitor ppp0). Does anyone know of something like this? I'm on panther latest build.

Ntop works well, but via a local webpage, but ideally I was after a simple app that sits on the desktop.

Was hoping it would just show a simple interface with info like 'sent data' and give a value in k/bytes etc.

Anyone know of something like this?

Cheers,
Scott.
