Sorry if I'm being really dumb here but..every time I open up Word or PowerPoint in Office 2011 I have to go through two annoying screens before the application itself will open.
Each time the opening screen acknowledges that my product is activated and gives me a number to quote if I wish to register (which I have done..and it makes no difference!). The next screen the asks if I want to download updates automatically and then if I wish to join the customer experience improvement programme..so i tick my preferred options and eventually Word or PP open up. But this happens every time I use them! Surely it should only happen the very first time?
Anyone got any ideas?
