I just bought new Macbook pro but my data keep in NTFS external hard disk.
How can I read my data?

Plug the drive in. NTFS *read* support is built into OS X.

Now, if you want to write to it, that's another story. In that case, I'd recommend Paragon's NTFS for Mac, available here.
