On a majority of my e-mail, every time there is a link for something it is blocked and when I click on it I get the No associated application could be found message. I know it's probably something simply but I have search to the point of frustartion. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you open Safari and go to Safari>Preferences>General? Then click the "Default web browser" drop-down and click on "Select…" at the very bottom. Navigate to your preferred browser in the applications folder and click Select.
Restart the Mail application and see if it makes a difference.

Ok, this has nothing to do with your computer or the Mail app.
This is something that is happening at the server level of your email provider, IT department, or your internet service provider and you can't fix it yourself.

Incorrect

Incorrect... the "blocked" is being inserted by apple mail. I have a mail account that I have tested - in receiving the same message into multiple mail applications (mail, entourage, outlook)... mail is the only place that the "blocked" is put in front of the http:// address.
