Keyboard acting as if Command key were held down

My Keyboard on my macbook pro is acting as if the command key were held down constantly. As a result I cannot type anything on the computer. It was working fine and this happened at random.

I didn't spill anything or anything like that so my first thought is a virus.

Anyone know what to do to fix this or even diagnose it?

Yes, all the keys work fine. No stickiness or anything.
