I'm fairly new to the modern mac and have a question. My mother's intel mac mini Mail started to have mail sending failures after working just fine for about
5 years. I tried all sorts of changes and even deleted the account and manually
restored the setting with no luck. I then noticed she had a copy of Entourage
and used the same settings as Mail to get Entourage going. This led me to conclude the Mail pgm was broken. (yes I did run Disk Utility to repair permissions).
She is 91 and just can't handle the visual changes between Mail and Entorage
so I need to Nuke the Mail and replace it with a fresh copy. She is using Snow Leopard and I wondering how to best proceed ?
