Hi,

I want to reformat my computer, using an ISO but I can't find one. Im fairly new at doing this, so would anyone happen to know where I can get one? Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Like a Mac .iso? Not gonna happen.

Do you have the original install discs that came with the system?

Reformat? Do you mean that you want to reinstall the OS?

Hmm,

and yes I mean reinstall the OS. But if I can't use an ISO, how would I reinstall the OS? I don't have the original discs, so is there any way to reformat a mac, kind of like reformatting a PC? For example, if a Mac were to get a virus, how would you get rid of it?

Original install discs or a SL retail disc.

Since there are no viruses for the Mac (a few trojans is all), you won't likely ever have to worry about that.

You either need the original discs that came with the machine or a legal over the counter purchased copy.
