So my MacBook Pro is brand new! I got it on Christmas Eve.
When I am in editing mode in iPhoto, editing a picture, and I zoom in (pinching thing) and then adjust the De-noise and Definition, and try to zoom out or three-fringer Swipe, it takes like 10 seconds to load to the new screen!! but 10 seconds is probably the LONGEST it has ever taken. Is this normal? Also, when i click the Caps Lock button, it doesn't always register. I I cant just tap it quickly like i can with the other buttons that register right away. is that normal??? The hard drive is 500GB and the RAM is 4GB... here are the specs:

Welcome to Mac-Forums
The caps-lock delay is normal it's so that you don't accidentally press it then type away only to realise a bit later that everything is BIG lol. as for the iPhoto issue is it part of Llife '11 or an older version? If it is part of iLife '11 there are a few bugs but there was an update for it a week or so ago, click the apple logo in top right of your screen and choose "Software Update" should be there if you haven't already got it.
