Quark InDesign Adobe

I don't know much, but I'm trying build a magazine. I haven't taken any classes in graphic design or that of that nature. I wanted to know what is a good user-friendly program that I can use to build a magazine.

Right now I'm using pages, but that is limited. I want to expand and add more designs, and have more layouts to work with. So if anyone here can help me I would really appreciate it.

I would highly recommend InDesign if you're looking for a professional page layout program. Neither Quark nor InDesign will really come with any layouts or pre-made themes like Pages but they're meant to give professional designers the ability to have powerful tools at their disposal.
