Problem with iSight :(

Yesterday I got "camera in use by other application", when I tried to turn my video on in Skype. I've never experienced this issue before. I'm running a 15" Macbook pro with the latest version of Skype. Any ideas what might be causing this issue?

Have you tried to reboot to see if the hardware is freed up?
