How can I use Handbrake to compress

or attach a second encode or a part B encode to the initial encode? In other words, the dvd has 2 parts. When I place both in the Queue, Part B overwrites Part A. I want to add part B to Part A?

What am i doing wrong?

You can't stitch 2 parts together in Handbrake.
What file format are the files you want to join?

I'm just trying to compress a TS_Video file from the

dvd that I ripped onto my computer. It was ripped with Mac the Ripper and it is the exact image of the dvd with all the special features, etc. I want to compress this to .mP4 using Handbrake but it only compresses the main feature.

Handbrake won't do it.
You need Toast really, or ffmpegx may be able to do it, but Toast with Popcorn is the thing you need if your trying to compress to a single layer DVD.
Popcorn used to be available separately, but I'm not sure if it still is.
