Quicktime minimization in tigerrrrrrr!

Quicktime minimization !!!!! (tiger i think) did you mantion that in 10.3 when you minimizes quicktime playing movie it (qt) still plays movie in minimized mode in the right corner of the dock but in TIGER !!!!! i lost this feature but it is very usefull to. so .... we have 10.4 10.4.1 10.4.2 and still a lot of bugs from 10.4 am i mistaken?
any ideas how to fix it?
