I am the only graphic designer working at a medical publishing company - we decided to upgrade our computers to Snow Leopard. Since then I have been having problems with following:

-printing from Adobe to a IP HP laserjet printer
-Suitcase Fusion freezes and won't work

I'm also the only person capable of troubleshooting the above problems - and have had NO SUCCESS since I am no where near a trained IT professional!!

HELP!!!

Apple has a list of supported printers in 10.6 here. Note that if your printer isn't there, it doesn't mean that it doesn't work. You can probably get drivers from HP's website. What model is it?

re: Printer Model & Drivers

Thank you for the help thus far!

My printer model is HP LaserJe2015dn

The HP website informs users that the driver are included on the Snow Leopard installation DVD and that the installation will automatically install the drivers necessary for the printer. No additional download is available.

I know my suitcase fusion is an older version - would upgrading to the most recent version work?

As for the printer the IP address is correct, I can print through preview and it was just working yesterday :\

I ran Software Updater this morning too and all software is up-to-date in that regards.
