Using Outlook 2011 for Mac and getting increasingly frustrated by its inability to handle spam. It is quite simple, I get spam, I identify it as spam, I set a rule that says..IF spam, put it in the Spam folder. With 100% unfailing accuracy Outlook ignores all spam rules and puts every spam message - new or old - into my inbox. I then have to manually apply the rules or drag the message to the spam folder. I have tried using the the built in spam filters. I have turned off the spam filters and uses SpamSieve. No joy whatsover. Other rules work...why should I have to have my inbox cluttered with spam? It seems as if Outlook does not "learn" spam rules; other rules work, why not spam?
