I am thinking of getting two new hard-drives for my G5 powermac (1.6Ghz). I was just wondering whats the biggest possible volume it will read per hard-drive ? is it 400Gb ?. I am running panther. I remember my friends G3 would only give 120Gb of a 200Gb

400GB is the max (unless there's some RAID drive or something)

You can do any size and just create a 400GB partition and a partition for the remaining space.
