Samsung TV and DVD won't connect through time machine. The fine fellow at Samsung told me I need to open some ports, which I didn't, to get these units to connect properly. I was born on a tuesday, but not last Tuesday, so Im a little worried about doing this. Any danger here or am I just paranoid?
The ports to open are:
80
8080
443
I know nothing about computers beyond ESPN, but isn't 80 the port regularly used. Also if you think I should open or check these open please explain how because after I check my fantasy teams Im pretty lame when it comes to software/hardware issues. Hence the reason I own a Mac. Thanks in advance for any input.
