Entourage Crashes

I have a user that is getting crashes when sending emails from Entourage. A brief clip of the error is

I've seen posts of problems since updating to 12.2.27 but it seems this user hasn't done that. Can anyone advise please.

The first thing I would do is update to 12.2.8. You're 8 versions behind. In fact, Microsoft says the 12.2.8 update includes a fix for crashing while sending emails...
