Hi,
I purchased a Macbook Air recently, my official work requires me to login to a virtual desktop which I do through a CITRIX client. I successfully installed the client on my Mac and was able to login and work normally, but here I am facing a small issue.
I have a Microsoft outlook on my virtual desktop, I need to open this in order to check my e-mails. When the mail box is full, I need to permanently delete few old and un-important e-mails from the mailbox. Here is what bugging me now. While connecting from a window's machine to my virtual desktop, it is just the normal shift+delete operation that works, but in this case even the mac's option to permanently remove the files isn't working while trying on the virtual desktop. Any help here would be great!
Thanks.
