iTunes 10.1 not connect with Iphone4

I have a new 27' iMax 2.8 and a iphone 4

everything is running the latest updates,

when connecting the phone itunes says - iTunes cannot connect to this phone because an unknown error (0xE800000A)

The iPhone is visible in iPhoto and I an able to down load photos

Please help, everything is brand new,
