Hey Everyone,

Just trying to decipher what's happening to me over here. Looks to be maybe a plug-in issue and seeing if anyone has experienced the same problems.

Every time I try and print a file to my Canon MP640, the program (word, Excel, Safari, FF, etc) crashes. After trolling the web, I can't see any similar instances. Prompt window comes up and explains it may be an issue with the Canon IJ network tool. Tried to determine if I have any conflicts with my OS but haven't come across anything yet.

Appreciate any feedback. SUPER FRUSTRATING!!:Grimmace:

Cheers

The only thing I can suggest is to completely remove the MP 640 and all the Canon software including drivers and do a reinstall. Visit the Canon site for the latest OS X drivers and network software. It's possible you have the latest on the disk you got with the MP 640, but check anyway.
