many cam stays on google chrome after being deleted

i used to have many cam installed on my macbook pro a while back but i deleted it because it was useless. now a problem that i didn't happen before just started to happen again. in chrome when im on facebook and i want to record a video on someone's wall, i get this

can anyone provide some insight? i love chrome but i also love convenience and posting guitar playing videos on people's walls
