Setting up remote access to Exchange in Mail

I have got my iPhone connected to my works exchange account and know all the settings but I am struggling to gain connection from my Mac using Mail. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know how to transfer the settings from iPhone to Mac correctly?

What Exchange server are you running? If it is 2007 or later then the settings should transfer over. If it is 2003, and you have OWA access try davmail
