Ever since I upgraded to the new version of iTunes, it will not play any of my ringtones because it's saying the duration is too long, but all of them are 30 seconds or shorter. I deleted the new iTunes and downloaded iTunes 9 and now when I try to open it, it says:
The file "iTunes Library" cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes.
I read a forum and it said that the way to rid this problem is to change the "library.itl" file to "library.old" and it should work. However, I don't have a "library.itl" file. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong and/or how to get iTunes back working along with my ringtones?
Thanks.
