Trouble with Frostwire and WD passport! HELP!!

So i have a WD passport external HD. It is formated NTFS from a recent PC. The problem is I am trying to set up my Frostwire so that it automatically saves my downloaded music to me external. When I go to make the change and select the file in my Ext.HD that I want the music saved in the mac gives me a message that "I dont have permission to use this file". How do I do this to where I can use my external. I know it has to do with the NTFS format right?

NTFS isn't supported by Mac OS X.

Reformat it to FAT32 or HFS.

Check out Tuxera. Brings NFTS to mac, and works well except for boot disks.

Even better, format your drive, go to iTunes, and download your music legally!
