Release mouse to external monitor

I've recently purchased a Mini Displayport + USB Audio to HDMI adapter. Everything works perfectly, however, I can't figure out how to somehow block my mouse so that I need to push a button before my mouse can actually move into the external monitor. Any suggestions?
