I have a lot of 3rd party software although the crashes only seem to occur when using safari, word, itunes etc... nothing particularly CPU heavy, and they seem to happen when nothing in particular is being 'processed'; either reading text or scrolling, not on clicks.

I have applecare until May 2011, should I go and see if this is a hardware fault and get a replacement?

Thanks,

djsilverspoon :D
