Soon as i saw the video start i thought of a law suit somewhere, and low and behold the last words where "and the family is thinking about suing" ROFLMAO

Apart from that, im looking forward to FaceTime everywhere. Phone never near your ear then ..... But 1st lets get it on 3g

why does everyone feel the need to file lawsuits over dumb sht? i mean he is obviously okay and its not like he is going to have an outrageous hospital bill. folks just need to chill and stop letting money be the center of their lives. IMO

I'm not arguing in favour of lawsuits ... I now live in a country that is WAAAAAY less litigious than the US ... *but* having said that *sometimes* lawsuits are filed by people who aren't seeking compensation for themselves so much as to FORCE companies to change their ways using the only language they understand ... $$$.

I have no idea what the situation is with this particular case, so thus I'm not saying that's why they are considering a lawsuit ... but sadly these days it is often more profitable for a company to cover up a known risk or pay the occasional small settlement than it is for them to do the right thing, and thus *sometimes* people use lawsuits to make it too expensive for the guilty party to continue to perpetrate their bad behaviour.
