External hard drive : LaCie or no ?

I want to order an external hard drive.
something like "LaCie BigDisk 400g".
I found it on cdw.ca at 550$ (can)

- Is LaCie the best choice ?
- Is there other shops that I can have a better price ?

Note : I reside in canada... so canadian dollars.
