bookmark heading?

I have a bookmark heading for News in my bookmark bar which has a bunch of news sources. How can I start a new one for "School" which has links for that as well?

Using Safari, btw, brand new Mac Book Pro.

Back to my old 2.2GHz C2D MB after selling my MBP and wondering what my next Mac will be :)
Go to bookmarks in the menu bar, and add bookmarks folder, and move it into the bookmarks bar.
