trying to switch from blackberry! help!

Basically, I just need to sync up my Iphone 3gs calender to the blackberry calender (the one that comes standard on the blackberrys). I use this calender for work, and need to create and accept dates on this calender between several other blackberry users.

We are connected by out emails (on our blackberrys) but are not linked online anywhere.

Any ideas?!

Have you got a Mac or a PC?

I am saying that because MarkzWare do several sync applications for WinMo and Blackberry

our business is all based around pc, I am the only guy trying to go mac :D

everyone else has blackberrys as well

The BB Desktop Manager will allow you to sync your BB with your Mac's iCal application. Then you plug in your iPhone and sync it with iCal. Violá!
