Customizable iPhone cases?

I'm thinking about getting a custom case from Zazzle. Has anyone ever used them to make stuff? The cases actually look pretty cool... I'm not very creative, so I probably won't make my own, but there are a bunch of designs on their iPhone page. Here's an example of one:

As far as I know theyre the speck fitted cases with a custom design on the back. The fitted cases are fantastic! They won the best case award from ilounge. So yeah, go for it!!
