Iphone 4 ringtone not working

it didn't sound for all incoming call,the left side ringer push up,sound setting switch ON .Did many times and it doesn't ring at all.:Grimmace:
SMS ringtone working fine.

P/S - iOS 4.1


anyone can help???

Does it make any difference if you use a different ring tone? Does it happen only when specific people call you?
