hello, I have a 2009 Mac Pro 8-core, and I was looking to upgrade the ram in it. Currently I have 6 1 gig sticks with two empty slots. I was looking to put in a 4 gig stick into the empty slot, but I don't know if it matters that it doesn't match what I currently have.
