Can anyone help. I hate fan noises....but I'm an older fellow and my hearing is not the best. I now have a 20" Imac and I can't hear any fan noises. I'm thinking of getting a 27" Imac [Santa Claus] and am wondering if it is as quiet as my 20" Imac. There are no Apple store within 800 km of here so I'm at disadvantage to see/hear one close up. Thank you in advance

Maybe I'm just lucky, but over the last 4 years I've had the 24", the 21.5" and the 27" — and none of them has had a noisy fan.
My 27" is "deathly" quiet. I can only give you my experience.
