Anyone know of a keyboard automation program I can use? That also has a repeat function?

Lets say I wanted the "1" key to be pressed every 45 seconds until I commanded it to stop.

Something along those lines.

If there's a program that can actually record everything I do mouse/keyboard wise that I could also put on a repeat timetable that'd be great.

Thanks ^_^
