Can iTunes rename .mp3 files?

Your Mac's Specs
13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.
I'd like iTunes to rename all my .mp3 files (not ID tags) to Artist - Title, according to its ID tag. Can I do this? If so, how?

iTunes is limited in this i believe, but there is a App out there to help you out ....

I use an App called MediaRage Pro. Not free but worth the $$$ IMO. Does a lot more than just rename based on tag info too.
