Ok so I got my first mac. I messed around with a a friends for awhile and decided yeah I want this. So The first thing I noticed when messing around with my new mac was the pc mouse Didn't work right. On his he would hit the middle button and it would bring up widgets. Or how the right mouse brought up multiple screens. Is this exclusive to the apple versions or is there a way to replicate it with my gaming pc mouse. The mouse works it's just minus the cool bells and whistles that his mouse would do.
Noob needs help with his pc mouse running on a mac.

It is always a great help if you tell us what machine and OS you are using.
Assuming it is a recent OS< go into System Preferences > Mouse and you will see the middle button is set up for Dashboard - widgets proper technical name.
